Second homes are usually a retreat. But, Warai Woods was a treat. It had well-appointed Swiss style chalets tucked neatly in the pristine environs of Karjat. Eiffel Developers and Realtors, the name behind Warai Woods is reputed in the realty sector. The developers wanted to target HNIs and NRIs, who have a high disposable income. Our thought was to make Warai Woods an irresistible destination for the crème de la crème of society. To create a buzz, a teaser campaign spoke about how CEOs, MDS and celebrities would soon be unavailable in the city. This was followed with a full page launch campaign highlighting the attributes and showcasing the property in its full glory. The campaign proved to be very effective with 58,000 hits on Eiffel website in just 3 days followed by more than 7,000 calls and a healthy sale of plots and villas.
