In the cluttered market of second homes, Nanak Properties, a renowned name in the real estate space, was all set to introduce ecofriendly homes in Lonavala. Usually, we see similar projects harping on lifestyle and luxury. Six Inches and Nanak Properties decided to put forth the idea of green living. Our communication was based on the promise of a windmill that came with every villa. This unique differentiator garnered eyeballs and footfalls to the doors of Nanak Properties.

Amarja – Gold’s Gym

The challenge was to promote Amarja Estate – a signature project from Nanak Properties to High-Net-Worth Individuals. The estate is spread across 55 acres and is home to 100 spacious and luxurious bungalows in the lush green environs of Lonavla.
Our solution. A hi-profile wellness chain, Gold’s Gym was identified as touch point for brand activation. Activities were conducted across Gold’s Gym outlets across Mumbai. Potential leads were gratified with Nanak Properties’ and Amarja branded Sippers.
