The Approach: To make this product offering conspicuous and appealing from the clutter. Insights revealed that travellers were of two categories: Corporates who were frequent travellers and family vacation travellers who were seasonal. While corporate travel was planned and unplanned sometimes, family vacations were generally planned in advance. Both categories were interviewed to understand the glitches encountered along the way– visa processing, ticketing and exchange related problems.
Our communication was positioned ‘goSaffron’ as the smarter way to travel. The entire campaign was based on ‘the world is your destination’ through clever pop-art illustrations.
Across print media, collaterals and web, the forex travel and global sim card benefits were highlighted i.e. convenience, security, safety and acceptability in over 180 countries, so that travellers could roam the world and also communicate stress-free.
The Result: goSaffron hit the bull’s eye. It broke through the clutter of products already available in the market. Feedback from travel users added a substantial boost to the product.
