Account Manager – Brand Servicing

Job Description :
Client engagement & strategy development:

  • Leading client interactions at strategy and key operational matters including making strategic presentations and adding value at all key client interactions
  • Provide the leadership, vision and support to help clients drive short term sales and build long term Brand values
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen
  • Exploit all opportunities, be conscious of profitability
  • Aim for dominant share-of-wallet with the portfolio of clients
  • Develop a deep and thorough knowledge of client businesses and continuously invest in the same.
  • Maintain / develop great client relationships and ensure client delight
  • Actively contributing to new business development & mining leading to significant revenue generation.
  • Client evaluation and retention: Ensure evaluations are done and problems/opportunities are identified and auctioned on.

Operational Delivery:

  • Manage excellent execution & flawless operations
  • Review and monitor estimates, quotes, project budgets, and proposals sent to clients to ensure budgetary requirements are met
  • Monitor/schedule & coordinate all resources working on implementation including internal,consulting, training, development and documentation.
  • Ensure great briefings, co-ordination & controls.
  • Creative development – drive great creative thinking and inspire creative
  • Ensure high-quality delivery to clients.
  • Should have an orientation towards BTL – digital, activations…

Team Management:

  • Foster open and effective communication within the department, with other entities within the organization
  • Support guide and work closely with team. This includes a close working relationship, joint WIPs and full-on ownership of escalations
  • Ability to manage the team to juggle a variety of projects with tight deadlines.
  • Focus on the goals of the team, inspire teamwork and provide a clear direction for the team and individual members


  • Should be organized and detail oriented with strong logistical, organizational, interpersonal and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Should have good presentation skills and be clear thinking

Qualifications: MBA Preferred
Experience: 7+ years experience gained in top mainline Agencies with experience in diverse sectors with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Other/Special Requirements:

  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective and creative problem solving skills
  • Be a strong strategic thinker with sound judgement
  • Exhibit a high level of integrity and fairness in all your dealings
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and oral and share information both internally and with other departments.
  • Have excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
